Our Solution

Park Leisure worked closely with Vision Redbridge to create a ground-breaking and revolutionary new play area in Valentines Park, Ilford, Essex.

The park features a new concept in play creating the world’s first truly bespoke park using the all new D-ZINE panels which has allowed for full colour HD graphics of local history and wildlife to be transposed onto the play equipment. The new-style play panels also feature unique Quick Response (QR) codes to allow smart phone and tablet users to scan the code and play games such as solving riddles. The codes will also lead users to web sites giving the full rich history of the park they are using.

Local Influence

Another first for Vision is that working with Park Leisure they have been able to commission a local artist, Chanice Elliott, to create a wealth of original characters and artwork to stimulate the imagination of the children at play. All the artwork brings to life the the full rich history of Ilford and Valentines Park.

Customer Feedback

“When you add the interactivity to the beautiful colours that are now able to be transposed onto the equipment you have a truly wonderful play and learning experience for many generations to come. I am proud of the energy and enthusiasm shown by my team and for our residents to be the first in the world to experience such a ground breaking scheme.”
